SHIPPING 

• Do you ship overseas? 
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

• How long will it take to get my order? 
It depends on where you are. Order processed here will take 5-7 business day to arrive.  
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

• What shipping carriers do you use? 
We use all major carries, and local courier partners. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

• Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help you. You can return your item(s) for free only if they are damaged.

Otherwise if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s), at your own expense, if the following conditions are met:

- Returns must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused and complete.

Customers will not be refunded the initial shipping costs. 

The refund will be issued as soon as we have received the items and checked that the conditions have been met. It will take 7/14 working days.
